In order for Hempire Trading Co. to process your order, payment must be received first. Instructions on how to send payments are included in the checkout page before and after you complete you order. Instructions are also sent to your email address with a summary of your order. Please make sure when you are sending your Interac E-Transfer to include your order number in the question.

If you have not received an email, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. You can add Hempire Trading Co.’s address into your address book as well to deter any future emails getting sent to spam.

Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know your payment has been received by Hempire Trading Co. and we will begin processing your order. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a final email with the tracking number.

Interac E-Transfers are a safe, reliable, and easy way to send money.
Follow these 5 easy steps to pay for your order:

  1. Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money.
  2. Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
  3. Add Hempire Trading Co. as a contact with a name and email address (hempireorders@outlook.com). For future purchases, simply select the contact you created.
  4. Type in the specified amount you are sending. Enter your order number as the security question and hempire as the answer.
  5. Send!

You will be notified when you receive and accept your funds.

It can take Hempire Trading Co. up to 24 hours to process your order. *It may take up to 5 business days to complete your custom tie-dye order.

Once shipped, it typically takes 2-4 business days for your package to arrive. We make no guarantees for delivery times. There may be delays in shipping during busy times of the year. If you choose the “Signature on Delivery” shipping option please note there may be delays if you are not home to sign for your package. Typically, your package will not be ready at the post office until the next day if you fail to sign for it when it arrives.

If you opted in for local delivery, you will be emailed or texted after your payment has been received to determine a delivery time. Most deliveries are typically completed within 1-3 hours.
